Those who know him, know Seth Siegler at Hoverboard Labs is one of the smartest, most experienced technologists in our industry. He posted a message on his Facebook wall this morning, that I thought was worth posting here given the audience of entrepreneurs and technologists here:

One of my clients went out of business before paying half of their bill and now as a result, I have a mostly complete national property search portal available as a turn-key startup-in-a-box for anyone who is interested.

The original client paid for half of it so there is an opportunity for a steal of a deal for you.

It runs on ListHub data (but could be updated to IDX) and also has the complete library of Onboard Informatics API’s and bulk neighborhood property data already integrated.
