Calling this one early. This is really good work put in my Jeremy Guthrie tonight in Philadelphia. He gave up a cool ten earned runs without completing an inning. I don’t remember the last time I saw this in the game. Maybe never.
The Phillies are currently up 12-0 in the second inning. The ambush is completed.
I think the Nats *might* have messed up by having Joe Ross in AAA while Jeremy Guthrie grabs starts. Stay hot.
