I recently helped put together a new website for Heidi Ward, seen at HeidiWardRealEstate.com, using a paid WordPress theme. We used the Qvrenti theme on ThemeForest ($59).
It’s a single landing page meant to demonstrate Heidi’s experience. You’ll notice there is no IDX (read here for more on that topic), since the website is primarily for sellers and trust/credibility when potential buyer clients are doing their research.
If you’re interested in a similar semi custom website — once you have a WordPress instance up and the theme bought/installed, you’ll need to customize Qvrenti’s theme to your liking (it includes a ton of options we’re not using). You can either tackle the customization yourself, or hire help (which is what we did). Need help with the WordPress/PHP customization? Caffeine Interactive helped us.
